HHI Headwear




On the last day of May, we headed over to Hilton Head for our two week family vacation. We managed to arrange our days around the beach, biking, napping, and the Salty Dog--named the "Soggy Ball" by Elsie--we are not sure why. Here you will see a collage of the various headwear required for these adventures. Elsie especially loves her helmet--she talks about riding bikes and helmets a lot. Even now that she is home in Savannah, the fond memory of bike riding inspires a random outburst of "helmet" and a deep sigh...

Bluffton




So Memorial Day weekend meant House Party! We headed over to the Belzers' river house for weekend fun. After a Friday night Mexican fiesta, we enjoyed a full day Saturday of boating, swimming, sandbarring, Mojitos, and Nathan's excellent etouffee. Allison, Nathan, Cecelia, and Lillian were gracious hosts--Elsie loved the big girls! Play Date




So way back in May--back when we used to blog regularly, before our camera/computer hook-up messed up, Elsie invited Camille and Hart over for a playdate to usher in summer. I know that we have lots to blog about since then, but this is just to "wet" your appetite...

Go Dog Go


Don't you just love that dog party picture in Go Dog Go? The one in the tree? With presents and cake and badminton? Elsie does too! And Oscar curls up wishing he was there...
