Happy Birthday GranAnn!

 

We got to spend GranAnn's birthday at her house this year, and after driving back up from Fairhope, we took a swing through Selma to see some dear friends of D's and a few of his old haunts before settling in for a house party weekend with Uncle Benji, Uncle Tait, GranAnn, and Pop Roy in Minter.  Elsie and Kit loved seeing the cows and goats on the way and playing in the special playhouse Pop Roy had built especially for them.  The birthday peanut butter pie homemade by Pop Roy was a perfect way to celebrate Gran Ann's day.

GranAnn shares a December 18th birthday with Aunt Barbara and we got to celebrate with her the next day when we headed to Atlanta for the next leg of our adventure!
